EASIEST COOKIES EVER! Anyone can make these!

I may like allot of good food, made with nice wholesome all natural ingredients, but sometimes convenience far outweighs other concerns, and here is a cookie recipe, that is so easy just about anyone can make them if they care to take a little time (maybe 20 minutes maximum for prep and baking...) And they are DELICIOUS!!!...to start you off, you will need 5 things.
Lemon cake cookies.
1 Box Lemon cake mix, I prefer using Pillsbury brand, but you can use any that you like
1 large Egg
1/2 C vegetable oil, unfortunately butter does NOT work very well in this recipe, I have yet to try olive oil however, if anyone does, let me know how it turns out.
1/2 a pound or so of powdered sugar.
1 gallon size Ziploc bag, or a large seal-able container.

Pre-heat oven to 350 F, beat the egg into the oil, then with a fork, mix egg and oil with cake mix till thoroughly mixed, you can use dough now, or refrigerate for an hour for a slightly more uniform cookie, roll dough into 1/2 inch balls, 1 inch if you want a bigger cookie, place on un-greased full sized cookie sheet, 3 per row till you have 12 on the sheet, If baking bigger cookies, put 6 per sheet. Bake for 9-12 minutes depending on how soft or crisp you want your cookies, I tend to go with 10 minutes, then take out of oven, wait 2 minutes and carefully move them to a plate or cooling rack to cool... After cooled, put inside of gallon ziploc and cover with powdered sugar, shake bag carefully to cover cookies in powdered sugar, then eat cookies...lol

There are a number of variations possible with this recipe, you can use ANY flavor cake mix you want, i sometimes like using a white cake mix then covering it in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar, in the lemon recipe you can add the zest of one lemon, along with a tablespoon of lemon juice for a slightly more lemony cookie, carrot cake does NOT work well with this recipe, as the carrots in it are rather annoying after baked, spice cake made into cookies then covered in alight and fluffy cream cheese frosting are delicious as well... but the lemon are still my favorite!!!

Im sure many of you have used this recipe before, im posting it for those who havnt, I hope you enjoy it.=^_^=

Best Banana Muffins/Bread IVE EVER had...

Ingredients.

3 Large eggs.
3/4 Cup vegetable oil. (olive oil can be used, but it throws off the flavor a little bit, although is much healthier for you.)
1 Cup Brown Sugar, normal or dark, do not use light unless you dont mind lacking a little flavor...
3/4-1 teaspoon depending on taste, Pure vanilla extract, flavoring will do ...Ive used it,lol.
3 Cups Unbleached all purpose flour, normal flour will do, but unbleached is better for you and costs & tastes the same.
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder.
3/4 teaspoon salt
Banana bread variation.
Add 1 and a half cups mashed ripe banana to the wet ingredients before mixing, and
if you like fold in 1 cup chopped nuts and or half a cup of chocolate chips. (I LOVE it with chocolate chips...I use bittersweet)

preheat oven to 350 degrees,
In a large bowl mix together the eggs, oil, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in the fruit or vegetable ingredients of your choice and mix well. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined, being careful not to over mix the batter. Fold in the additional ingredients called for in your variation. bake for 20-25 minutes (may take longer as bread, and if bread comes out a little to dark on the outside and a little to under done in the middle in your oven, reduce heat to 325 as some ovens run a little hot.)

Banana, and 1 and a half cups mashed ripe bananas to the wet ingredients. if you like fold in 1 cup chopped nuts and or half a cup of chocolate chips. (I LOVE it with chocolate chips...I use bittersweet)
